Amish White Bread
I am not a big fan of white bread, but my husband loves it so I made this recipe for him. Turned out to be one of the best recipes I have ever used. The loaf was so soft and sweet. PERFECT! I made the second loaf into cinnamon swirl bread that I ate as toast with my breakfast. YUMMY!

Four-Grain Bread
Ok, maybe I shouldn't review this recipe because I did change some things, BUT THANK YOU John!!!! Your recipe was the base for the most scrumptious loaf of bread even though I had to make substitutions for ingredients I didn't have. My changes: I used 1 full cup of rye flour instead of 3/4c and 1/2 cup of seven grain cereal mix instead of the cornmeal. I used brown sugar because I didn't have any honey and only used 1/4 cup. I also added 2 Tbsp vegetable oil because I always add a little oil/fat to my bread. All the other ingredients were as written in the recipe. I let the bread machine make the dough and then shaped it into a loaf and put it in a 9X5 bread pan. Let rise for 45 minutes and baked for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Buttered the top. Oh my!!!!! Too good!!!!!

Cheese Herb Bread
I LOVED this bread! I didn't have any dry milk powder so I used powdered buttermilk. Also added 1/2 tsp garlic powder. The ratio of dry to wet ingredients was perfect. Oh, I only used 2 tsp of yeast though. I will definitely make this again.
