Outstanding. I only used about half of the italian dressing, that was plenty. I ate this for dinner one night! Would be wonderful with grilled chicken.

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

I married into a cajun family and they say this is the best gumbo they've ever had. I don't add the okra ( a sin in some states, I know!) but it is a wonderful recipe that is better the next day. Thanks so much!!!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

I have made this soup many times now, and have passed the recipe to several friends. My whole family ( 10, 7 and 3 year old children and XX year old husband!) enjoys this soup and ask for it often. Super easy and I usually have everything on hand! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Carol's King Ranch Casserole

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

ok.....YUM!!!!! I married into a family from Baton Rouge, and learned how to make Jambalaya from my sister in law. This version is my new favorite! Just a few things different from the one I usually make, but they make SUCH a difference in the outcome..really flavorful, not just "hot", and just as easy. Thanks for this great recipe, Grant!
