Sue's Baba Ghanoush
So easy and very good. But, like a previous reviewer, the garlic was overwhelming. And I love garlic! I will make this again but cook the garlic slightly in the olive oil.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken
Definitely a keeper. I added broccoli for some color. Didn't have cream but evaporated milk worked well. Very good.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These are very, very good right out of the oven. They seem to get stale fast. I'd suggest freezing the dough and baking just a few at a time.
