Molasses Cookies
I used butter instead of margarine and these cookies spread like crazy. I had one giant cookie on each baking sheet. Tasted good, but I don't know how I can serve them to guests.

Coconut Curry Tofu
This was excellent the night I made it, but terrible as a leftover. If you can eat it all in one night, five stars.
