Superb, and so versatile.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
This is a very good recipe that allows for any modifications you want. I left out the green pepper and added curry instead of the chili sauce. I fried them in oil and they were delicious! I think the reviewer who said the beans need to be as dry as possible was right.

Homemade Flour Tortillas
I can't believe this recipe has so many rave reviews. Soft tortillas need MUCH more lard/shortening than 2 tablespoons. I wisely added 6 more tablespoons of shortening to make pretty good tortillas. Otherwise it would have been a waste of ingredients.
