Baked Potato Soup I
This was pretty good. For some reason (I guess because of all the rave reviews) I really expected something fantastic & I don't think this was all that great. It was good, my family wasn't highly impressed, don't know if I'll make it again.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
This is the best! I'll have my corned beef no other way!!! Don't be stingy with the brown sugar & beer. I didn't really measure anything & added the spices that came with the beef. It was fantastic!!

Quick Tuna Casserole
This was surprising good considering how simple it is to make! This has become a quick & easy family favorite that even the kids can put together with little help. I didn't have chips to add to the top the first time I made it, so we added Bugles corn snacks... WOW, I keep Bugles on hand just for this easy dinner!
