Make Ahead French Toast

My husband made this for me for mother's day and it turned out wonderful - I woke up to the smell of it baking mmmmmm. He used egg beaters instead of regular eggs, but otherwise following the recipe exactly.

Fabulous Fruit Salad

We used a mix of fruit that looked fresh on the day we were buying - apples, bananas, cantaloupe, strawberries, cranberries, and mango, with vanilla yogurt and it turned out wonderfully.
