I gotta say my first attempt at lasagna and my bbq/chicken caccitora were the WORST dishes ever!

Meatballs with Spaetzle
Good basic flavor. I made my meatballs with ground venison and used store bought spaetzle. I thought the gravy needed a little something to kick it up so I added a tsp of worchestersire sauce, sea salt, and a generous dash of cayenne.

Bar-B-Que Sauce
Yum, yum, yum!!! I added a little chipotle powder and hot mustard to kick it up. My guys like to slap this on a bun with crock pot kalua pork. Terrific!

Brisket with BBQ Sauce
Awesome!!! I've made this a few times and my husband loves it. I serve the sauce on the side because my youngest son doesn't care for sauces. I like to add 1/2 tsp. of cayenne or chipotle powder. I found that cooking 4 lbs. for 4 1/2 hours turns out just perfect.
