Asian Lettuce Wraps
These were excellent! As good as any I've had in restaurants. Used 2 tbsp hoison sauce instead of 1/4 cup, but followed the rest of the recipe as written.

Can't Leave Alone Bars
These bars as so easy and always a hit. I've served them to people ranging from gourmet cooks to incredibly picky eaters, and everyone has always loved them.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This is so easy and delicious. I cook for 2 so I used a 2.5 pound roast and increased the carrots and celery. I also added 1/2 cup red wine and some worcestershire sauce.
