Sugar Cookie Icing
This is a good recipe but as others have mentioned, the measurements are way off. For me, I put in 6 tsp of milk with the sugar and then mixed until smooth. Then I added the 2 tsp corn syrup. I nixed the extract. I tried peppermint extract in the first batch but it tasted like eating toothpaste, so the next batch, I just didn't add any extract. Next time I might add vanilla. The icing dries nice and smooth on the cookie. With 2 batches of icing, I had enough to decorate about 64 sugar cookies.
