Very good but I think does need a little more liquid. I add about a cup of milk. Other than that this is the recipe I use for tuna casserole.

Really loved it! I didn't have any condensed milk so just used the sugar and kept everything else the same. And I thought that was really good. Can't wait to try it with the condensed milk, I might cut down on the sugar a little then. I also really liked how the shredded carrots looked in it, looked like cheese, but without all the extra calories. This ones a keeper!

I thought it was ok, I guess I'm not a big fan of the lemon pepper seasoning, so if I had substituted that with something else would probably be better.
