Quick Spaghetti Sauce

I liked this recipe. I think I'll make some more and freeze it. I used 2 cups+ of fresh diced tomatoes, b/c that's what I had. I also added a bit of sugar, salt & parmesan based on other reviews!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Very good! I added onion and two cloves of garlic, as others suggested. I had steamed the rice, so thought I should add some beef boullion since others had cooked their rice in broth, however I wish I had not added it. It would have been better without it.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Wonderful recipe! I didn't have green chilies and was serving it to children anyway, so omitted that. I'm trying to cook more from scratch, so made the white gravy instead of using a packet. It was a little on the salty side but very delicious!

Chocolate Chip Bars

These went over very well!! I made two batches, one with butter and one with margarine. I liked the margarines ones better but that's what I'm use to baking with. They took an extra 5-10 minutes to bake. I also used part white and part brown sugar like someone else suggested! I will make these again!!

Simple Mexican Rice

I really enjoyed this recipe. I did like another and added more broth and simmered it on the stove top, but may try the oven method next time. It was an easy recipe and I had all the ingredients on hand! Thanks for sharing!

Broccoli and Cheese Dip
