Dutch Potatoes

Springfield Style Cashew Chicken I
Loved it! So glad I found this recipe. I grew up in MO (Texas Co.) and have never found cashew chicken the same anywhere else!

Chocolate Chip Muffins
These were good! I made a few changes based on other reviews: 1 cup milk, added 1/2 c brown sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
