Fruit Crisp Topping Mix
I mixed up 1/5 of this recipe for a small fruit crisp and it was still 1/3 or so too much. Very easy and good though. For the filling, I used 3 cups of frozen cherries and boiled them on the stove with 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 T cornstarch until thickened... I'm just not a fan of pie filling.

English Trifle to Die For
I used angel food cake (store bought) and doubled the custard. My dinner guests raved over it and ate every last bite. Don't make this if you want leftovers.

Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole
After reading other reviews, I decided not to mix everything together. Instead, I added 1 C of flour to the cornmeal mixture along with some sugar and salt to make it more like cornbread. I added this to the bottom of my greased crockpot, then spooned the beef mixture over it. The final result was more like a pie and tasted incredible! I will definitely make it this way again.
