Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
Added a splash of dry white wine and a couple cloves of garlic to the mushrooms. Wonderful and easy dish.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Made my own chicken stock by sauteing chicken with onion, celery, carrots, and garlic, before boiling. Used Uncle Ben's quick-cook long grain wild rice. DELICIOUS.
