Oh-So-Good Chicken
This is a great recipe. I am making it for the second time tonight. I did change a few things. I add 3 cups of cooked broen rice and the salsa I used was only 430 ml(which is a little less than 8oz). I also chopped up some jarred halapenos. I also as another reviewer suggested grate cheese over the top close to the end of the baking time. Great recipe.

Chicken Wellington Casserole
I thought this recipe was fantastic. I didn't use mushrooms or butter. I used olive oil and browned some garlic in it. Then scooped the garlic out and added it to the cream cheese/green onion mixture. I cut my chicken breasts in half and put a scoop of cream cheese on each of the connected crescent rolls and then rolled them up. I baked them in a glass dish for about 30 mins covering them once the tops got brown. It was really good. Will definitely make again even adding the mushrooms.
