Southern Grits Casserole
Best ever grits casserole! The light scrambling of eggs prior to mixing into grits makes for great texture. No doubt a 5 star recipe! Thanks!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
Started w/enough ingredients for 3 batches, thought it may take practice to get it right. Perfect the first try! WOW! Can't believe how easy, how fast and how goooood! Thanks for a great recipe!
