Nana's Apple Crisp
This was perfect on this chilly fall day! Found I didn't need to dot the top with extra butter, perfect without it. Also added a dash of nutmeg.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
Absolutely delicious! Added half an onion to the cavity with the garlic, but otherwise followed ingredients exactly. I followed some other reviewers advice and cooked it in my slow cooker all day...then put it into a 400 degree oven for about a half hour to brown and crisp it up. Very tasty, very moist, meat just fell off the bone. Will be making this ALOT. Thank you!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yummy cookies! And they look like the perfect chocolate chip cookie too! Only thing I would change is add a pinch of salt. I halved the recipe to make a "normal" sized batch. This will be my staple chocolate chip cookie recipe, far better than Tollhouse recipe. Udate: My hubby thought these were almost too sweet (silly man). But I used dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet...even better. Have tried them with chocolate pudding mix too...so many variations! My Holy Grail chocolate chip cookie recipe!
