Waldorf Tuna Salad

This is a great salad! I made it once with tuna and twice with chicken and loved it every time. Even my 12 year old son gobbled it up!

I also used used frozen hash browns. We loved this recipe! Don't let the cottage cheese scare you, we could not taste it and it added a nice texture to the dish. I'm making it for the fourth weekend in a row this weekend!

Blue Cheese Burgers

I followed the recipe as written. Wow! These are amazing hamburgers! I've tried a lot of hamburger recipes and this one was the best! Will defiantly again and again!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

YUMMY! I doubled the recipe, added a teaspoon of vanilla, and used splenda. They fell apart and crumble on touch because I used splenda, but WOW they are still the best BP cookies I've had! I"m fine with eating many smaller pieces of a great cookie. I made some for a diabetic friend of mine and she loved them also.
