Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were awesome! My 4 year old said it was the best burger she ever had and my 13 year old loved them. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Waldorf Tuna Salad
This is a great salad! I made it once with tuna and twice with chicken and loved it every time. Even my 12 year old son gobbled it up!

Sausage Casserole
I also used used frozen hash browns. We loved this recipe! Don't let the cottage cheese scare you, we could not taste it and it added a nice texture to the dish. I'm making it for the fourth weekend in a row this weekend!
