Chocolate Banana Bread
I always have over-ripe bananas on hand because I just pop them in the freezer when I have one or two laying around. When I get enough I make banana bread. We thought the banana flavor came through very nicely, even though it is a chocolate banana bread. I added walnuts and a teaspoon of salt (I was suprised it didn't call for salt.) By far one of the best quickbreads I've made.
