Not my cup of tea but my husband liked it. A bit too meaty and saucy with not enough tortillas. I don't know if I will make again

It was OK. People liked it, but I can't say it was the bet I've ever tasted. It did have that "cake mix taste"... Maybe I'm too picky...

I always have over-ripe bananas on hand because I just pop them in the freezer when I have one or two laying around. When I get enough I make banana bread. We thought the banana flavor came through very nicely, even though it is a chocolate banana bread. I added walnuts and a teaspoon of salt (I was suprised it didn't call for salt.) By far one of the best quickbreads I've made.
