Baked Salmon II
AWESOME! This was great. I made it exactly as posted, but I had a much larger piece of salmon, so I just about doubled everything. It was delicious! I will always make my salmon this way now. Thanks for a great recipe! I originally thought it was a typo to cook it that long, but it was perfect.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
This bread is awesome!! I will make this again and again! I always use mostly whole wheat flour as I did this time. I would cut the sugar next time, though, but that's just me - don't like it too sweet. I also followed some recommendations from SaraLady19. For instance, I halved the recipe. Baked the 2 loaves at 325 for 1 hr. 10 mins. Made her crumb topping for one of the loaves. (I halved: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 2 TBS butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and chopped walnuts).

Corned Beef and Cabbage
Excellent! My first time making Corned Beef. Made it as posted, but needed to add a bit more water so the beef was more covered. I also skipped on the cabbage, as we do not like it. Came out delicious! No hint of sweet and sour, as someone else posted. Tasted just like corned beef!
