Banana Sour Cream Bread
This bread is awesome!! I will make this again and again!
I always use mostly whole wheat flour as I did this time. I would cut the sugar next time, though, but that's just me - don't like it too sweet.
I also followed some recommendations from SaraLady19. For instance, I halved the recipe. Baked the 2 loaves at 325 for 1 hr. 10 mins. Made her crumb topping for one of the loaves. (I halved: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 2 TBS butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and chopped walnuts).
