Pesto Sauce
Tasty and delicious!! I replaced walnuts with pinenuts (just preference) and it was just amazing! Love, love love this recipe, thanks!

Butternut Squash Soup
I loved this recipe! I opted not to add cream cheese and instead scooped in a tablespoon of low fat sour cream. I also added a sweet potatoe. To speed up cooking time, I cut the squash lengthwise and cut up the sweet potatoe and microwaved it for 15 mins on high in a small dish with about 1 cm of water in it. It comes out soft. I just peeled it and used a potatoe masher in the pot to mash it all up. It was amazing!! Even my kids gobbled it up:)
