Peanut Butter Noodles
The only thing I didn't like about this recipe is that I didn't try it sooner! FABULOUS!!! I read the reviews and used ground ginger and a little extra peanut butter. I also used soba noodles instead of udon. I added a splash of sesame oil and garnished with sesame seeds. A definate keeper! It tasted like it came from a restaurant!
