The only thing I didn't like about this recipe is that I didn't try it sooner! FABULOUS!!! I read the reviews and used ground ginger and a little extra peanut butter. I also used soba noodles instead of udon. I added a splash of sesame oil and garnished with sesame seeds. A definate keeper! It tasted like it came from a restaurant!

I have made this recipe many times with success. It is almost a science experiment with the sour cream and baking soda - fun!! Thanks for a keeper!

This is a FABULOUS recipe! It tastes better than any tres leches I have had in restaurants. The porportion of cake to milk is perfect. I made it for some of my food loving friends and they all wanted the recipe. Thanks a million Stephanie - it is definately a keeper!
