This was pretty good. Both my husband and I liked it. If you think it's bland, mix 1/2 plain bread crumbs and 1/2 italian style bread crumbs or use all italian style. We mixed both and it made it very flavorful. I was concerned it might be too sweet, but it wasn't.
I think it could use a sauce over it though but can't figure out what.
I plan on making this for a dinner party.
