Wow. This is so good I want to find a way to bottle it. I'm going to try the cream in a pie, and try it with other fruits as well. The banana is fantastic, but it's the cream that makes it. Thank you!

Spinach and Orzo Salad

Very good! Pretty much followed the recipe, but did toast the pine nuts and used fresh regular spinach instead of baby. Brought it to a dinner party and everyone raved - thanks!

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw

This is a great salad for big parties - you can make it ahead of time and it's just as good (or better) than day-of. It is quite tangy though - I cut back on the vinegar and subbed apple cider for white, and it was still a little tart for my tastes. But everyone else loved it!
