Thunderbird Stew
I've made this several times, both for home and for church potluck dinners. It's one of my favorites! I usually use part apple juice and part water or beef stock for the liquid, as I don't favor a very sweet taste for my main dishes.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream
This recipe never froze in my ice cream maker, and it had a strange, kind of grainy texture as well.
