VERY good. My 12 month old loves it, which is great since I load it up with extra cup of zuccini. Be aware that the mixture may seem stiff before you add the shredded zuccini, but once you add it, it thins out. Don't add extra liquid to the recipe until AFTER the zuccini is added!

thank you! this came out great for my dinner party. For me, the crown cooked much faster (had 8 meaty ribs) so I would recommend keeping an eye on the internal temp of the meat as well as an eye on the clock.

I increased this recipe to accomidate the two bags of beans (4 cups) I had to purchase. The soup was a hit at the office party and I froze 1/4 of it for myself. One recommendation: hold down the lid on your blender with extra strength if you are not use to using a blender...this soup is not fun to clean off the walls, floor, fridge, etc...
