Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Very simple, good but, needed something (could tell that even before making it). Completely changed the apple part - added a some fresh orange zest, 2 tablespoons of grand mariner and a tablespoon of bourbon - here was the kicker - added about a tablespoon of crystallized ginger (the kind you get from gourmet stores) - the apples turned out amazing and much more flavor!
