Candied Cashew and Pear Salad
I took this to a family gathering and everyone loved it! I did add to the dressing a little; it seemed a little too tart so I added some sugar and dijon mustard to taste, a splash more vinegar and some black pepper. The dressing appeared thick at first but thinned out nicely as the berries thawed.

Polynesian Coleslaw
I really liked this recipe and thought it was a great alternative to the mayo-based coleslaws. I took it to a family gathering of about 20 people and most of them turned their noses up at it so I'll be making it just for myself in the future! NOTE: I, too, upgraded this to 5 stars after letting it sit for the flavors to blend. I think it takes a bit to get used to for people who are expecting a more traditional coleslaw flavor, but this one is highly addicting! I've made it several times since finding the recipe. Thanks!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
These looked nice and tasted pretty good but were way too dry and crumbly. Some even broke apart as I was transferring them from the baking sheet to the rack. I would probably not make them again and look for something a little softer and chewier.
