I am a stay at home mom of three wonderful children - ages 6 months 8 and 14. (as of 5/2010) I have a great fiance, who loves to eat whatever I cook - so he is my guinea pig. All Recipes is my favorite site - I love finding and cooking new recipes. My recipe box is out of control! I love to bake. So cookies, cakes and pies. Those are probably my favorite things to eat too. And I love to make soups in the winter. Cookies, cookies and more cookies at Christmas! This past Easter I put together a menu and prepared everything on it for 7 adults........garlic cheese grits, fresh green beans and bacon, cranberry spinach salad, rolls, caramel crunch apple pie and a peanut butter ice cream pie. (okay I ordered the ham) This was a first for me and I was a nervous wreck. To my surprise and relief, everything turned out great and was ready at the same time and warm even. ;-) Nothing too horrible - I was making glazed pecans and I added 1 tbsp. of salt instead of 1 tsp. to the "glaze" mixture - needless to say those got thrown away!
