Fried Chicken, Catfish, Collard Greens, Macaroni and Cheese, Peach Cobbler. You name it, I cook it. During Holidays, I love to get up at the crack of dawn and start cooking. I love having the smell of good food wake everyone up instead of the alarm clock. I cooked for a Raphael Saadiq (Tony,Toni,Tone) concert. That was fun! It took me two years to perfect my peach cobbler. My husband tells people, "I had to eat alot of nasty cobbler." LOL!
