This is a really nice moist banana bread that is not too sweet. The only change I made was I added a tablespoon of vanilla. Better make two loaves...mine didn't last a whole day! Hubby and kids loved it too!

This is super YUMMY! At first when reading the recipe it seemed like lots of steps to do but it goes really pretty quickly. My husband and I made three batches one night to take to a "cake walk" the next day. We had a hard time not eating it all! When we gave some to our friends and family it received rave reviews. This is so yummy the chocolate is not even necessary! When I put the chocolate on it, I used the candy making chocolate as it always sets up perfectly.

This is a really good way to make a wonderful turkey. We used this for Thanksgiving and let is rest almost thirty minutes before we sliced into it and it was so juicy and tasty that we will use this recipe again and again!
