Guinness® Corned Beef

We LOVE love love this recipe! I am taking it to work with me for St.Patrick's Day. We have a friendly "best cook" competition and this will throw me into the front! My family got a little concerned I wouldn't make some for home too. It will just be a 2 crockpot kinda day. . . Lucky me I will get it twice!

Black Bean Salad

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I made this for dinner the night before Easter for the family. I used Mexicorn because it was all I had in the cupboard. They asked to make again the following day to have for Easter dinner with the big crew. It was so easy, I did!
