The Best Meatballs
mmmm! these are about the best meatballs I have ever made! I did add a bit more garlic, minced onion, crushed red pepper, and smoked paprika to the meat, and I used milk instead of water. Like many others, I backed them in the oven. I put them in the crockpot with some sauce and came home 2 hours later to some great meatballs.
The mixture was quite wet, but it held up, at least with this method. Thank you for sharing this great recipe!
