Andrea's Pasta Fagioli
I loved this!!! It brought me back to when I was little and my grandmother or mother would make this dish. I forgot to buy the ditalini pasta so I used elbow. (so not the Italian way) :( I wouldn't use as much pasta next time. I rather it be a stew like consistency then like a soup. I will make this again and again!!!!!!!!

This came out pretty good. I used 6 slices of bacon, a large can of diced tomatoes, a small can of tomato sauce, dried basil and just a dash of the pepper. I'll make it again with the same adjustments.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This salsa is fantastic! I used the following: 2 Fuji apples, 2 peaches, 2 kiwis, about 3/4 container of strawberries, apricot preserves, 2 tbs brown sugar and 1 tbs white sugar....HUGE hit! I loved every minute of it! Was kind of upset there was no left overs! The chips are super easy and a must as well!! I will make this OVER and OVER! YOU MUST TRY THIS!!!! WONDERFUL!
