My brother put together a wine-taste/Tuscan feast dinner and roped me into doing the "feast" portion. Afterwards, people wanted my catering card! (I work in banking) Took 1st place in a local chili cook-off. The thrill of getting that trophy (only about 8" tall) was enough to get me hooked! I have burnt dozens of loaves of garlic bread! Not very good with desserts. Just don't have a baker's touch.
