Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce
Oh my! This was delicious. I practically licked the plate clean. Made only minor adjustments. Added one can chicken broth instead of water. I like a soupier sauce as the pasta soaks up so much liquid. Doubled mushrooms and cream cheese and added some green peas leftover in the frig. Will be making this often. Thanks for sharing.

Country Apple Dumplings
Absolutely delicious. I also added a tsp. of vanilla. Other than that, no changes needed.

Crawfish Fettuccine I
My husband said this was delicious which means a lot. I subbed shrimp for the crawfish because I had those on hand. Will try crawfish next time. Loved the cayenne. We love spicy!!
