Fried Rice Restaurant Style
Very easy recipe and the kids loved it. I used leftover peas and shredded my carrots, just heated those up in the oil before adding my cold rice. I don't have a wok but it worked just fine in a skillet!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage
Unbelievably delicious! This is going in the line up of summer meals for sure. The turkey sausage makes it healthier and I'm always looking for new ways to use up our tomatos.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
I agree with most of the reviews that say this was a very moist dish. I would try to get as much water out of the zucchini as you can. But also remember that is this a casserole, not a cornbread, so it's okay if it's falling apart some. My family enjoyed it very much.
