Baked Apricots
My mother in law has been making this for years. I am not a huge fan of apricots, but this is one of my favorite recipes she makes! Very good & perfect for holiday menus.

Apricot Tea Cookies
My mom started making these a few years ago and now I look forward to them every year! We make ours without the glaze and have them with tea. You can also use fancier jams...my favorite is almond apricot. You cannot go wrong with them simple little cookies!!

Sangria! Sangria!
Made this for a dinner party last night w/ a cuban menu...it was WONDERFUL sangria!! I doubled the recipe. The only thing I did a little different was to use Splenda & pineapple juice in place of the sugar. I will definitely be making this again & again! Enjoy:)
