I have a small home business baking specialty cakes for about three years now which is why my 5 yr old son gave the the name the cakemaker. Beginning September 1st I start my christmas cookie baking which I have been doing for about 6 years now and the list of recipients gets larger and larger every year. cakes cookies desserts strong interest in vegetarian cooking and cooking for fussy eaters every November my family get together to bake and exchange cookies for christmas. has to be the cakes I make and the look of suprise and glee on the faces of those who recieve them. The first dinner I cooked for my now husband (a testiment to him)I made a lemon meragine pie from a photocopied recipe a friend gave me. It called for 14 tsp of cream of tarter, I read 4 tsp. It was the worst tasting thing I have ever eaten. And bless my husband he tried to eat it before I told him he could spit it out.
