Easy Lemon Cake Cookies with Icing
Not very impressed with these. With the lemon cake mix, the lemon flavor was markedly artificial. They baked up well and the texture was good, but I won't be making these again. Perhaps with a yellow cake mix and lemon extract or juice, it would be better.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling
This was terrific - light and crisp and packed with flavor.

Autumn Cheesecake
Wonderful blend of flavors. I didn't have graham crackers so used a dough based crust with the nuts. It wasn't as sweet as a graham cracker crust which turned out as a good thing. I used a peeler,corer, slicer for the apples.
