Breaded Brussels Sprouts
These were good, though the added ingredients imparted only a mild addition to the overall flavor of the dish. Overall they were enjoyed by the kids and adults in the family and I will make these again.

Spinach Pomegranate Salad
We didn't have alfalfa, but even without it, it was a beautiful refreshing change. I made my own balsamic dressing. It makes a gorgeous salad for the holidays.

Citrus Turkey Roast
This was very quick and easy to pull together. Followed the directions the first time, except for using a smaller amount of paprika and it was great. I've since adjusted the recipe more and we now use it regularly to make our own lunchmeat.
