Homemade Pancake Mix

Great all purpose recipe. I have used berries, bananas and apples to make the pancakes and they always turn out great. It has become one of our camping staples.

Cherry Cheesecake

Made a few changes, I made it on a chocolate crumb crust and put a layer of brownie chunks on the bottom and also mixed 1/2 the cherry filling into the batter. Set perfectly, very good and easy to make
