Waffles I
Yummy! I probably make these once a week for my family. The only change is that I double the vanilla to give it a bit extra flavor. Thanks!

Jan's Chocolate Cake
This cake was very good, flavorful, but very difficult to frost. I waited until it cooled completely but the edges still crumbled in my attempt to frost. Wouldn't try that again with this recipe.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II
This was awesome! I used a bundt pan and ended up having to bake it for about 50 minutes before my toothpick came out clean and was very moist! Used 3/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 cup oil instead of the full cup of oil. Delicious!
