Yellow Squash and Corn Casserole

I made this for Christmas dinner and it was a big hit. The only change I made was using frozen squash that I cut into quarters. It is so easy and delicious that it's a regular at our house now. Thanks for the recipe.

Pumpkin Crescent Rolls

I love pumpkin and I love crescent rolls but this recipe didn't work for me. I made these for Thanksgivng and no one liked them. I will not be making tem again.

I made this for my family using leftover Christmas turkey. I wouldn't call it good, nor would I call it bad. I can say I won't make it again. It just wasn't impressive.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

I tried this as the recipe stated the first time and felt it needed some improvement. After ready the reviews of others, I chose to dredge the fillets in flour and egg first. I also mixed the Italian breadcrumbs with two Ranch packets in one bowl, and completely omited the olive oil. This instantly became a 5 star meal that everyone enjoyed.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

I have made these several times and usually serve them with queso. I have frozen the ground beef mixture and the completed chimichanga and found that both work well. This recipe will be in my rotation for a long time.

Chicken Caesar Pitas

My family really enjoyed this. For the most part we followed the recipe. Our two exceptions were that we grilled hte chicken and used spinach tortillas to make wraps instead of pitas. The homemade croutons were very easy to make and well worth it. We will definately make this recipe again.

Basil Shrimp

My family loves this recipe. We have several grilled shrimp recipes we enjoy but this one is at the top of our list. Other than the fact that I marinate the shrimp for about four hours, I follow the recipe exactly.

Perfect Baked Potato

This is a perfect baked potato. I followed the recipe except for the cooking temperature and time. I baked my potatoes at 350 degrees for 1 hour. They came out perfect, just as the name says.

Kentucky Bourbon Sweet Potatoes

I really enjoy these sweet potatoes. I have made them several times. Although,I have altered the recipe. I use half white sugar and half brown sugar at the recommendation of another review and preferred the taste. I also only use half the bourbon that it calls for.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

After all the five star reviews, I had to give these a try. My family wasn't exactly impressed. I made half with black beans and half with kidney beans. We didn't care for one over the other. Other than bean flavor they seemed quite bland. I doubt I will make these again

Baby BLT

This is a real party pleaser. At the recommendation of others I made a few changes. Instead of 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, I use 1/4 cup cream cheese & 1/4 mayonnaise.They are less greasy this way. I also add 2Tbs of grated parmesan cheese to the mixture. Once you serve these your friends will want the recipe.

This was a good recipe. Even my picky child enjoyed it. The only change I made was adding 1 tsp onion powder to the flour mixture.
