Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two
These are very good. The 1st time I made them I kept them whole and baked them. Yum..but since they are fatty, instead of baking them finish them off on the grill!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
Excellent!! The only thing I did different was cut the salt in half & add water to the bottom of the pan half way through cooking. My gravy was so yummy! This is a keeper! Thanks!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
These were pretty good. They needed more of a spicy kick, as they were a bit bland. I will make this again, but add more heat!
