Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Hubb & guests loved it. Based on other reviews, I added salt, onion & garlic powder, baking powder and soda. I made the gravy from a packet, which balanced everything nicely. I served with green beans, biscuits, green salad and potatoe salad.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

My daughters made these, they tasted very good! We will keep this recipe. One thing I changed was we used frozen blueberries, we noticed they were bigger than the produce section, that was a plus. THe topping recipe was too much for the quantities, so next time if we make 12 muffins, we will cut the cinnammon topping to 1/2 the qty.

Taco Pie

I didn't crush the nachos on top, but next time I will, I'll just sprinkle lightly. I did set a plate on the side with one side nachos and the other side natural taco chips, the colors looked nice. As for the Taco seasoning, I got it mild, due to the kids. I had a plate of lettuce, tomatoe, etc on the side as well, so everyone can add what they liked. Family gives it a 4 star

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Placing the sugar and ketchup on top was a great idea. I was concerned about the serving (I had selected serving for 4) it didn't fill my loaf pan, but it served 2 adults and 1 child well. Next time I'll choose 6 to serve 4 people. I didn't have the onion, and it was not missed in the recipe. Next time we thought some minced garlic would be nice. My husband is extremely picky, to the point of my frustration and he as well as my kids really liked this recipe.

Slow-Cooked Country Ribs in Gravy

Very good. I did 1/2 white & 1/2 brown sugar. I didn't have beef broth, that was fine. I added a touch of Teriyaki. Omitted the mustard. It was watery, but I took out some of the watery broth added flour and made a side of gravy ( I added some extra pepper to the gravy). Everyone enjoyed it. My sides were corn & white rice

Awesome Pasta Salad

I made some changes, I omitted the blk olives (we don't like them much) & the pimentos ( only because I didn't have any on hand. I added cubed cucumbers. It was just delicious! I accompanied this with a Rib end Pork Roast ( I seasoned with S & P, lots of minced garlic and olive oil, some oregano and Adobo - spanish seasoning powder. I had BBQ sauce handy, in case anyone wanted to add on. Also, a side of fresh corn on the cob.
