Baked Tofu Bites
I followed the recipe except for the liquid smoke (I did not have any). I also made sure to really press all the liquid out of the tofu. Lastly, just make sure to keep an eye on the tofu once it is in the oven. Some of my pieces started to get a little "too crispy". I really enjoyed this recipe as did two of my three daughters (and believe me, they are pretty picky eaters). We snacked on them and finished them off within minutes. Next time I'll need to make a double batch!

Best Chicken Salad Ever I
This really was one of the best chicken salads I have ever made. I used leftover roasted chicken instead of the canned. All in all it was DELICIOUS! Definitely a keeper!

Baked Ziti III
My family and I also thought this was very good. I took another's suggestion and used the Bertolli's Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce. I used a 9x13 baking dish and it JUST made it. Like so many others have suggested, you might want to use two baking dishes as this recipe makes A LOT of ziti.
