Baked Tofu Bites
I followed the recipe except for the liquid smoke (I did not have any). I also made sure to really press all the liquid out of the tofu. Lastly, just make sure to keep an eye on the tofu once it is in the oven. Some of my pieces started to get a little "too crispy". I really enjoyed this recipe as did two of my three daughters (and believe me, they are pretty picky eaters). We snacked on them and finished them off within minutes. Next time I'll need to make a double batch!
