Barbeque Beef Casserole
Everyone loves this but I made some changes. I used 2 boxes of cornbread mix, 1 pound of hamburg, an onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 cups of frozen corn, 1 tbl of worcestershire sauce, and only 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce. I added tomato sauce to get the consistancy I wanted- about 1/3 of a cup. The kids didn't like the strong babecue flavor when I amde it the first time. I sauteed a diced zuchinni along with the onion. I wanted more vegiges than meat. My daughter and her hubby ask me to make it every week.

Asian Salad
We have been making a close variation of this recipe for years at every cookout we have. The only difference is I don't brown the sesame seeds ,noodles and almonds which eliminates the butter. I also don't heat the oil, sugar etc. We use olive oil instead of vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar instead of that white vinegar. And we use the seasoning packet that comes with the ramen. Everyone loves it. I might try adding the soy sauce to see what that does for it. I am always in a hurry so I don't ever seem to have time for browning and boiling but it comes out great anyway.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
I made this for Thanksgiving last year and have been "forced" to make it for every holiday since. Everyone loves it. I made it exactly as the recipe stated. Wouldn't change a thing.
