Made this as per recipe, made one loaf and twelve muffins. The loaf stuck to the bottom of the pan despite being well-greased. The muffins came out perfect though and when I make this recipe again, I will make all muffins. Very good flavor, everyone really loved the muffins.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

We really liked the flavor of this chicken, although I totally forgot to add the hot sauce. I would double to sauce amounts next time as it not quite enough for three breasts. I chunked the chicken instead of cutting it into strips.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

I used regular cream cheese, followed recipe and it turned out really good. It was light and fluffy, yet sturdy enough to ice a three tier cake with. I really loved the flavor of it and will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

These cookies are very moist and cakelike, perfectly spiced. I would definitely make them again, although I would make half the amount of icing since the recipe makes a lot. When I made the icing I used orange juice instead of milk and I would do that again next time, possibly using orange extract instead of vanilla.

Bacon Baked Beans

I bought a jumbo size can of pork and beans instead of two smaller ones, and followed the rest of the recipe, except I ran out of ketchup so I used half ketchup half bbq sauce. Brought these to a family gathering and everyone raved about these beans, I would definitely make them again.

Grilled Garlic Artichokes

I really enjoyed this. Made as per recipe (halved) and it was delicious. I didn't have any leftover oil mix for dipping, but the flavor of the artichoke and garlic was good on it's own.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Pretty much followed the recipe, but browned the meat in a pan first and I used mixed frozen veggies instead of fresh. Didn't have enough liquid, next time I will add at least 2 cups of broth.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This was sooo good. I put a frozen slab of four breasts into the crock pot with 1/4 c of butter and sprinkled the dressing mix over all. Cooked on low 5 hours, added soup and cream cheese, cokked on high 30 minutes. Cut the chicken with a SPOON and mixed it up with the sauce, served it over rice. I just loved the flavor. The flavor reminded me of a recipe my grandma used to make called chicken ala king. Will definitely make again.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

This was a great way to prepare cube steak. I have never double dipped in flour before, and it gave the meat a nice crispy coating. I don't know if I finally cooked it right, or if it was due to the meat sitting in the oven on warm for about 10 minutes while I cooked the gravy, but the meat was so tender you could cut it with a fork. My grandma always tells me "cook 'em quick in a hot pan!" So I let the pan get really hot before I added the oil. The gravy was good, but a little lacking in flavor. Maybe adding beef bullion would make it taste a little better. I will make this again.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This was sooo good. I will be making it often. The whole family loved it. I did use two packages of au jus and two cups of water for lots of sauce. Thanks for the great recipe!
