This recipe is foolproof! I only beat the eggs & sugar about 12 min, didn't quite have enough vanilla, skipped the walnuts, and used regular red delicious apples and this STILL turned out great! Very light and delicious.

These are great, a nice change from the same old chocolate chip cookie. The store was out of white chocolate chips so I used milk choc. instead. I also used 1t vanilla instead of the brandy, plus a little splash of milk to compensate for the liquid. My dough was still a little stiff, but they baked up well. Good stuff!

My aunt and I each made some - delicious. Milk Duds didn't seem to melt for either of us, but Rolos worked well. Great recipe!
